Gary Bush is an animal lover, professional stand-up comedian, and writer. He lives in Dallas, TX with his wife, Courtney (aka Honey Poodle).
Abbey is a super-adorable mini schnauzer, and the first dog Gary has ever met with an actual sense of humor! She has excellent comedic timing. She is also a professional model, and a calendar girl (Miss February!)
Sadly, Abbey crossed the Rainbow Bridge in May 2022, just six months after her book was published. But she lives on forever in the hearts of those who knew her. Now, with her first book, she also lives on in the hearts of readers worldwide!
Gary proudly donates a portion of the book sales to Operation Kindness, the animal shelter in Dallas, TX where he first met Abbey.
